- Dumpsters ready to deliver
Eastern Roll-Offs is more than just the average dumpster rental company.
A DUMPSTER FOR EVERY JOB
15-yard
The smallest roll-off dumpster we offer is our 15-yard roll-off. It measures 14 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet tall. This size dumpster has the capacity to hold about 5 to 7 pickup truck loads full of debris from a variety of projects, including small home remodels and renovations. It is also well suited for fitting on smaller driveways.
20-yard
Our 20-yard roll-off dumpster measures 14 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6 feet tall. This size dumpster has the capacity to hold about 7 to 9 pickup truck loads full of debris from a variety of projects, including shed renovations, large home remodels, large home renovations, and small business projects.
30-yard
Our 30-yard roll-off dumpster measures 21 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6 feet tall. This size dumpster has the capacity to hold about 10 to 12 pickup truck loads full of debris from a variety of projects, including major construction, semi-large home projects, large scale home remodeling, and landscaping.
40-yard
The largest roll-off dumpster we offer is our 40-yard roll-off. It measures 21 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 8 feet tall. This size dumpster has the capacity to hold about 12 to 14 pickup truck loads full of debris for a variety of commercial projects, including large building construction, remodeling, and demolition.
Our product selection includes four sizes of roll-off dumpsters that range from 15- to 40-yards and portable toilets that come in standard and ADA handicap compliant sizes. Whether you are a remodeling one of city-name’s older residences or renovating one of the area’s large commercial buildings, we have the right sized roll-off for you.
No construction site is complete without a roll-off dumpster and a portable toilet.
Roll-off dumpsters are strong enough for holding construction materials like heavy industrial waste, bricks, gravel, and wood. They are also great for collecting materials like roofing, framing and landscaping. Once full, our workers will come and dispose of the material inside for you.
Pair it with a portable toilet, so your workers can take a quick bathroom break and then get right back to work.
DUMPSTER SUGGESTIONS FOR YOUR NEXT PROJECT!
Eastern Roll-offs provides customers with high-quality steel roll-off dumpsters that are great for holding a wide variety of construction waste, including roofing materials, framing, sheetrock, flooring, crown molding, doors, landscaping materials and industrial waste. Paperwork, holiday and seasonal junk, and product or customer waste can also be thrown away in our dumpsters, but not all waste can.
Hazardous waste or bulky materials require separate disposal and should never be thrown into one of our roll-off dumpsters. Prohibited items include flammables, explosives, propane tanks, batteries, televisions, electronics, mattresses, box springs, pesticides, herbicides, gasoline, oil, anti-freeze, tires, aerosol and paint cans, liquid paint, fluorescent lights, medical waste, and animal parts. Throwing these items in a roll-off will result in added fees and can interrupt our quick dumpster swapping process.

HOW DO YOU OPEN A ROLL-OFF DUMPSTER?
Dumpsters typically open one of two ways, depending on which style lock the roll-off dumpster has on it. Eastern Roll-Offs uses a lever style lock on its roll-off dumpsters, but some dumpster companies may use products with a ratchet style lock. Both types of locks are pretty easy to open once you get the hang of it. See steps below:
- Step 1: Remove the safety chain by unhooking the latch safety pin.
- Step 2: Raise the lever and open the door.
- Step 3: Use the safety chain to secure the door by attaching it to the other side of the roll-off.
- Step 1: Unhook the safety chain and flip the ratchet’s switch.
- Step 2: Loosen the ratchet and detach the chain.
- Step 3: Pull the door open, securing it to the side of the roll-off using the safety chain.
HOW DO I BEST PREPARE FOR RENTING A ROLL-OFF?
Whether you are a first-time renter or a frequent customer, we encourage you to be prepared for renting your roll-off dumpster.
Being prepared is simple. First, look around our website to get an idea of what size roll-off dumpster you will need. Next, go out to the worksite and see how much space you have to place a roll-off dumpster. Then, give one of our customer service representatives a call to reserve your roll-off dumpster.
Don’t forget to clear off the spot where you want your roll-off dumpster to go before delivery day! We can deliver it in as little as one day’s notice, but workers cannot set it down unless there is a clear, hard flat surface to place it on top.
Once our workers place your roll-off, you are not allowed to move it. Contact us if a problem arises and the product needs to be moved.
MEASURING YOUR WORK SITE
Nothing’s more frustrating than having your roll-off dumpster arrive on the worksite only to find that it is too big for the site, and there is nowhere to safely place it. Don’t be caught with too big of a dumpster. Measure your work site ahead of time to ensure you have a hard, flat surface, such as concrete, for us to place your dumpster on top.
The 15-yard and 20-yard roll-offs need a space big enough for their 14x8 footprints. The 30-yard and 40-yard roll-offs require space big enough for their 21x8 footprints. We recommend customers reserving a 40-yard roll-off make sure they have enough space for twice that amount due to the way workers roll off the product to the site. Don’t forget to clear off the space leading up to the drop-off spot from the road, so our workers are free to roll it onto the site.

PORTABLE TOILETS
Portable toilets are great for providing a safe, sanitary place for your workers to use the bathroom at the worksite. Eastern Roll-Offs offers both standard and ADA handicap compliant sizes.
Portable toilets have a variety of great uses, including residential and commercial renovations, private events and parties, festivals and weddings, and construction and landscaping jobs.
Each portable toilet can typically serve about 60 people before needing to be cleaned. If you need it to serve many more people than that, then we recommend you renting multiple portable toilets.

FAQs
What happens to the waste?
We dispose of waste at the nearest proper waste disposal facility, so you do not need to worry about what to do with it once it’s collected in the roll-off.
How much advance does your company need for reservations?
Roll-off dumpsters can be reserved in as little as one day’s notice.
Are roll-off dumpsters dangerous?
Dumpsters contain construction debris, so any roll-off dumpster is dangerous if proper precaution is not taken. Workers should be cautious when loading debris into the roll-off dumpster to prevent accidentally falling in and getting hurt. Children and pets should also be kept away.
Do I have to be there when the product is delivered?
Customers do not need to be present when the product is delivered, and we can contact you once the drop-off has been made.
When should dumpsters be swapped?
A roll-off dumpster should be swapped before it gets too full and debris begins overflowing out the top of it. We ask that our customers keep an eye out for how full their rental dumpster is getting and contact us when it fills up to the brim. Workers will be over as soon as possible to swap it out with an empty one, so you can begin filling that one up.
Will the dumpster crack my driveway?
Our workers are trained to place dumpsters on worksites in a way that does not damage the ground where it is placed. This is why our workers are the only ones who should be moving the dumpster.
When are portable toilets serviced?
Portable toilets are typically serviced once a week, unless otherwise specified. During each service visit, workers will pump out mess inside of the toilet, leaving it clean and sanitized. They will also restock supplies.
How much does renting a roll-off dumpster cost?
The cost to rent a roll-off dumpster depends on dumpster size and work site location. Drop-off, pick-up, swapping, and disposal are included in the price. Exceeding the weight limit or throwing hazardous prohibited items into the roll-off dumpster will result in added fees being accrued. Free estimates are available.
Why rent a roll-off dumpster?
Roll-off dumpsters are assets for construction sites. Renting a roll-off dumpster can save you time and money by relieving you and your crew from making numerous back-and-forth trips to the nearest landfill or waste disposal facility. Renting one (or more) roll-off dumpsters can allow you to focus on what you are hired to do – the construction job. Just toss or walk debris into a roll-off dumpster conveniently located on-site. Once full, we will properly dispose of the construction debris inside the dumpster and replace it with an empty one for you to continue filling up.
